Trav Pro primarily provides digital travel services, and therefore does not ship physical products in most cases.

1. Delivery of Services

  • E-tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and invoices are delivered digitally through email or WhatsApp.

  • Delivery is usually instantaneous after payment confirmation.

2. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)

  • If any physical travel documents are required (e.g., printed vouchers), they will be delivered via courier.

  • Courier charges may apply based on the customer’s location.

3. Delivery Time

  • Digital documents: Delivered within minutes to a few hours.

  • Physical documents: Typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the courier service.

4. Incorrect Information

Trav Pro is not responsible for delays due to incorrect email, phone number, or address provided by the customer.
